一封好的Email可能给客户眼前一亮的感觉，回复率也会***提高。但写Email不是写文章，客户每天要收到大堆的信件，如果你写得太啰嗦，可能会降低客户的兴趣。通过观察Email信件往来的过程，我总结出下面几条写Email的TIPS：

1、简明扼要：

首先对客户的询价表示感谢，然后简单介绍公司的情况，随函附上quotation，quotation包含以下几大要素：item(description),price, payment term, delivery,还可以附加minimum order，guarantee等。至此，报价的目的已经完成，但是末尾不要吝啬送上一句祝福语及表达企盼回复的句子。

2、强调强项或优势：

对客户而言，质量、价格及服务是客户关注的焦点。如果你的价格和别人的不相上下，你拿什么和别人竞争？所以必须要强调你们的优势在哪里。比如，你介绍FLASH DISK，你可以向客户说明用的是Sumsung chipset，这就很有吸引力了。

3、针对客户提出问题有条理回答：

不要前言不搭后语，含含糊糊，不能接受就要说we can't accept that，不要用中国人说话的那种中庸语气来回答，一方面是为了避免引起不必要的麻烦，另一方面是为了避免客户不能明白你到底想说什么。可以分条理的写出来：***点：。。第二点。。这样客户打开邮件就能一目了然地明白你的意图，节约时间、提高效率。
