[color=#FFFAF0][face=Times New Roman][/face]It’s over two months since I came here. Nobody would like to stay here for the envirenment. Not ony is it far from beautiful city, but the boss and the charge mananger know little about the international trade. I am almost the first person that stay here so long time. Many appliers left here without stop to look at this company. So poor conditions that I lost my hope for that.

Not long after I came here, I got a order from a germany client. I am excited at that I can get a order in ten  *域名隐藏* ’s more, I have not familiar to this line. The boss was pleased with me. After a long talk, the first order is 20,000, it is a trial order. As we all know, the new client could not agree with large quantity. The boss want to take back the cost at the first time. So the price is too high, 1.8$US per unit. The actual cost is ony 0.24$US. The price in the European market is 0.66$ *域名隐藏*  client was disappointed in me. There is nothing I can do. I can understand our boss! No profit, no business! However, if you want to become a fatter, you cannot do that in a day!

The next month, I received some “small” orders, the results were the same. I donot know what I should have to do! I could not persuade my boss to do as my mind. I want to leave here, but the boss thinks much of me.  I am confused for some time. After a decision, I want to talk with the boss. I have to think of my future. No order, no income.

When you are young, you should do many decisions inluding wrong and right. Experience is a kind of possession. But it is not clever for a person to change his job frequently, for much you have to learn.
