Main Chemical Components: Fe17Cr5NiB

KX-40 ARC Spraying cored wire
Coating Types: Low carbon martensite high adhesive strength wear resistant coating.   
Main Chemical Components: FeNiCrMoVAlRE    
Coating hardness (HRC): > 40
Coating performance:  Low cost harmless and high effective. Optimal self-adhesion property. Wear resistance.  
Typical application:  Can be replace aluminum bronze and Ni-Al wires. 

KX-NiCr3C2 ARC Spraying cored wire
Coating Types: Nickel base high temperature erosion and wear resistant coating 
Main Chemical Components: NiCrC    
Coating hardness (HRC): > 46
Coating performance:  High thermal shock resistance. Excellent high temperature erosion resistance and room high temperature wear resistance. The high temperature erosion resistance of coatings are found 15 to 20 times that of 20G under 750℃.  
Typical application:  Petroleum chemical industry. Excellent erosion and abrasion resistant material.
