Bill Gates once said that his secret of success was that he was always strict with himself. This made me think of discription for workers in Silicon Valley. Those computer workers always work nonstopply. They would have a cup of coffee when they are tired. Now I am also a worker working before the computer. I should be strict with myself too. You know, hard work can bring one with everything one need. Yes, more mistakes would come into being, but as long as I am accustomed to this kind of thinking, tasks would be quite easy for me.
