We are sorry to receive your notice that our product T-185 failed your incoming inspection, but we do feel surprised. We produced parts with the same mould, material and methods that were used to produce the initial PPAP samples. The samples have been approved by your company. To be sure that Pontus and S&R are using the same test method and instruments performing the inspection, we wish you could provide us with the information about your testing instruments and method, or if it is possible for you to provide a short video on how you perform the inspection. 

 We believe that Pontus and S&R can solve this issue quickly, and we hope we could cooperate better in the future by standardize the inspection methods used by S&R and Pontus.
