Sorry to notify you that we could not provide you with lead time to your potential order at this time. Your US headquarters sent us a new “PO Terms and Conditions” on Nov 8th, 2005, and xxx does not accept the terms and conditions outlined in that document. Therefore, it is xxx’ decision to suspend accepting new order from xxx until the issues have been resolved.
