Thanks for your feedback! Through our investigation and analysis, we have some conclusion as follow:
 
We have checked and made sure we used correct material LDPE as specified;
xxx has been inspecting every shipment and NO unusual high rate of damaged part ever found;
Current xxx approved way of packing and shipping probably will lead to a tiny percentage of damaged products;
xxx engineers think the unusually high defect rate (13%) is due to factors other than packing and shipping, for example: the weather condition of the customer's warehouse, long-time exposure to sun-shine, and etc.
