也不知道是不是我比較幸運,我的英文資料在made-in-china網站上沒登記幾天,我就收到一個法國客戶發來的email,附了一些圖片。也沒有別的什麼要求,只是告訴我兩件事:1.要我對這些圖片提出意見和看法,2.他還會給我一些其它的資料和圖片。前提是我要回復***個內容。我打開了那個附件,這款家具看起來真的很漂亮,不過我們公司無法生產,於是我只好找別人來做,同是我給客戶發了一封回信: We are glad to receive your information. Thanks and best regards! 這封信去後,客人還是不願意回答有關合作和報價的問題。第二天,我又收到了客人的回信: I told you we have a second project. Please find our darwings. Thanks to give me your proposal. 現在這些圖片還在我的手頭上(比較簡單,我們廠裡自己可以做)。可是,我不知道應該如何去回答客人會好一點。希望高手指教 。謝謝
