这一个星期,断断续续有客户询价.以为有了客户可以接单.公司不教我们认识产品也就算了::::反正自己摸索也可以了解.物是死的.人是活的.但是公司应该要有东西教出,我们才能用这些与客户进行进一步谈.不然你拿什么回答客户的问题.今天在会议上老板说现在是你们收获的时候.我们也想,还说前段时间是学习期.我晕:::::我都不知道我学了什么,他们又教了什么.只知道用SEARCH
ENGINES 来投国外的公司:::::::这种是人都懂得.我觉得一件事无论是大是小,只要是一个团队,那么就应该相互帮忙,特别对外贸业务员新手来说,刚进来的学习极为重要,因为有了扎实的基础才能为后期的工程铺路.
我就不明白,为什么每当客户有询价.都得跟采购部的人说,让他们回::::那么结果经常是失去话户>.那业务员仅仅是发EMAIL 寻找客源吗?

 我门一样啊!
我以前是做外贸服装的,现在出口摸具,我对这个产品一点都不了解.老板每天让我发EMAIL如果有询价的，他用他的油箱回,我不知道客户的情况.快两个月了,也有几十个客户报价,但是没有听说下单.快郁闷死了.
新手都是这样的啊
我是个还没毕业的学生。现在一家外贸公司实习，可是我也觉得没有什么东西学到的。而且公司里的人都不怎么教我的。原想到外贸公司来学点东西，哎……可是学不到啊！

楼主，我发现你不喜欢你现在的公司哦。无论在什么样的一个工作环境里面，都会感到不满足的。所以只能尽量多学一点。争取寻找更好的工作环境了。现在要做的事情只能是义无反顾地去学习所在公司的长处。吸收了，才能成长！你说呢？
