The bank is authorized to complete the case of 3 printed sheet of DPE (external payment disposal) each time when one payment will be made from L/C
18.
The CO.（指申请人，买方）asking the L/C opening obliged himself to furnish to the bank the printed DPE full completed, without case 3.
For partially payments from this L/C , he will present attached to the application, at least 3 sets of DPE, each one of these for each partially payment. The CO obliged himself to transmit to the bank, if the case will be, for conformity, the originals of the contracts, immediately after their receiving, in case if for payment will present copyes of the original documents or printed sheets received by computer. The bank will complete for each payment from L/C, the case 3 and 9 of DPE, after that one exemplar of DPE remains to the banks, attached to the L/C dossier, and the other one will be given to the client. For the payments from one L/C, the printed sheet DPE is utilize as declaration for external payment.
16.对银行的其他特殊指令。
当每一次通过信用证付款时，银行被授权执行DPE（对外付款权协议）的第三项。
18.
申请人开立信用证时，要求除DPE第三项条款，其他将由其指示银行办理。
在信用证部分付款的情况下，申请人必须向银行提出申请，并将相关单证（至少三份DPE）附于申请书之后。每一次部分付款都要提供相同的单证。按照规定，如果申请人收到了单证原件或电脑收到了印就文件，申请人将立即将合同原件传递给银行。依据DPE的第三项和第九项，银行将执行每一笔信用证付款。付款后银行将留存一联DPE，将其付于信用证之后存档，其他联将留给委托人。对于信用证付款，印就的DPE被用来作为对外付款的声明。
