给客户要开PI之前,突然发现确认价格的有问题,比我们的成本价格还要低20多美圆,比我给他报的价格低35美圆! 昨天晚上写了一点就忙着其他的事情了,结果那一点也没有发表就这么没有了! 几天详细说一下情况! 这个客户是香港的,是上司转给我的单,他要的是家用的空调,本来都没有什么兴趣给他做生意,因为即使作了,我也没有什么业绩算!但是想让这个客户给自己带点生意的人气,也想熟悉一下公司的走货流程,所以就这么接着跟了下来,虽然说业绩算别人的! 在几番的讨价还价之后,终于和客户确认了价格,客户的定货数量从两个40’的柜一直降到一个20’的小柜还要拼两个型号,让我觉得很不耐烦,因为这类客户一般的业务是不愿意做的,很累而且没有什么钱挣,因为把价格压的很低! 昨天给客户确定室内机的款式的时候突然发现,价格有问题,自己的头当时就有点蒙了,然后又仔细查了一下,果然是价格有问题!连忙看邮件和以前的报价,原来客户把我给他报的价格,减了30美圆之后让我给他确认,但是我看的邮件的时候记错了价格,所以就那么确认了!客户连续让我确认了两次! 于是马上通知客户的,但是没有想到遇到了个垃圾客户,他却落井下石马上发邮件给我,让我给他开PI简直是太让我生气了! 现在还在谈,把邮件整理一下,发给大家看一下: Date: 2007-02-01 Stephen好, 出现这种情况我们一般给客户解释清楚,如果有长期合作意象的客户一般都能接受,我们是市场合作的伙伴,是共同开发市场,挣市场的钱,不是挣相互之间的钱,单纯的买卖关系! 如果你们需要的话,我们可以帮您们给客户解释! 但是价格上,我们没有回旋的余地,请谅解! 至于我们员工的工作失误,我们公司会有采取的措施,但是这个是我们内部管理问题! 另外需要纠正的是这个是我们员工的错,并不是**的错! 顺祝商棋! -------Original Message------- From: Stephen Siu Date: 2007-02-01 14:43:48 Subject: Re: Airconditioner trial order Hi M and S, How can you handle the mistake like this?
