一、海关***（Customs Invoice）：
　　海关***是非洲、美洲和大洋洲等某些***海关规定的格式，由出口商填制，供进口商凭以报关用的一种特别的***。海关***的主要内容有商品价值（value of Goods），商品原产地（Origin of Goods）；

二、海关***常见的名称：
　　01，Customs Invoice.
　　02，Combined Certification of value and Origin(C.C.V.O).
　　03，Certified Invoice in accordance with xxx（进口国名称）Customs Regulations.
　　04，Appropriate Certified Customs Invoice.
　　05，Signed Certificate of value and Orgin in Appropriate Form.

三、海关***的作用：
　　01，供进口国海关作估价完税的依据；
　　02，供进口国海关核定货物原产地，依照差别税率政策，征收不同税率的关税；
　　03，供进口国海关审核有否低价倾销，或接受其本国补贴，以确定是否征收反倾销税或反补贴税；
　　04，供进口国海关作统计依据；

　　加拿大***要求逐栏都填，不可空白，如没有相应内容填写的，则填写N/A（Not Applicable或NIL）

　　大洋州：新西兰
　　Certificate of Origin For Exports to New Zealand FORM 59A

　　非洲：西非
　　Combined Certificate of value and of Origin and Invoice of Goods for exportation to West Africa FORM C，

　　要列明运费并印有出口单位名称的信头，否则要以印有信头的商业***作为附件，并作如下声明：
　　We hereby certify that this commercial invoice is in support of the attached certified invoice No. xxx and that the particulars shown on the certified invoice are ture and correct in every detail.

　　非洲：尼日利亚
　　Combined Certificate of value and of Origin and Vinvoice of Goods for Exportation to Federation of Nigeria
　　尼日利亚海关***背面要出口单位经理和证明人签字，正面要加地方贸促会签字盖章；

　　加纳海关***上要以***同样币制列明包装费、运费和保险费；

　　非洲：赞比亚
　　Invoice and Certificate of value For Exports to Zambia

　　肯尼亚乌干达坦桑尼亚
　　Combined Certificate of value and Invoice In Respect of Goods for Importation into Kenya Uganda and Tanzania

　　加勒比海共同体
　　Caricom(Caribbean Common Market)

　　牙买加
　　Invoice and Declaration of value Required for Shipments to Jamaia C23

　　部分西印度洋岛、中南美洲及太平洋岛屿***
　　Combined Certificate of value and Origin and Invoice of Goods FORM B

　　马耳他、毛里求斯等
　　无***格式，可用无***地区海关***，并加注以下文句：
　　We hereby certify that this invoice is in all respect ture and correct and is the only one issued for the goods mentioned herein and that no different invoice has been or will be furnished to any one.

　　凡与商业***相同项目，两者内容（唛头、品名、数量、金额）须完全一致；各国海关***的格式，各有不同；若来证要求提供海关***，而在国内尚属罕见的，则可径向进口商人索取空白海关***备用，按栏目填制；

卖主/出口单位名称；

Exporter
出口商；

Other Reference
合同号或订单号；

Origin
原产地为我国。如非纯粹国产，应在商品描述栏内逐一列明各商品产地国别；

Originator
卖方单位负责人名字及地址；

Consignee
收货人/通知人/抬头人，一般为目的港的收货人；

Buyer
买主；

Notify Party/ Eyewitness
当事人，见证人，要以个人名义签字，如格式上要求填写“见证人”，该“见证人”的名字不能出现在出口单位的其他单据上；
