宣誓***（Sworn Invoice） 

　　01，在信用证没有特殊规定时，商业***上加上证明句说明***的内容是真实正确的就可以了，如：We certify htat the contents of this invoice are true and correct；
　　02，注意不能用E.&O.E(Errosrs and omissions Excepted有错当查)一词；
　　03，但当信用证明确要求宣誓时，应把We certify改为We swear。
